Starting something new can be scary. Starting something new in a public setting with people already (probably) know what they are doing? Terrifying.

Let’s make this a little easier for you. We want you to feel empowered in your body AND safe in our space.

Sign up for a 30 minute private one on one with on of our amazing instructors. We will take you through the basics of a vinyasa class while also helping to get a sense of your range of motion (ROM), any physical limitations or previous/current injuries and teach you how to adapt the practice to YOUR BODY. Then we will provide recommendations on which classes are a good next step.

From there… we hope you’ll stick around. Maybe you want some more one on one sessions. Maybe you’ll check out a workshop (or two). Maybe you are ready to jump all the way in. Either way, we are PASSIONATE about this practice and what it can do for your physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically.
